My paintings are an expression of an inner world. All the information I take in throughout the day gets regurgitated back onto the canvas at night. The repetitive marks, brushstrokes, and drips all represent the thoughts and conversations of my day. Anything I need to think through or process is here on the canvas. The light and color and swirling thoughts and obsessions I have explode out onto the canvas. I have no plan when I paint, I just let my hands go and the paint pour out of me. I hold so much inside but it all has to go somewhere.
